A start up, wholly owned indigenous Ghanaian company, JOY is Incorporated as a Limited Liability Company under the Companies Act, 1963 (ACT 179) on April 22, 2015 and with a Certificate to Commence Business dated 30th April 2015. In addition, JOY is registered with the Petroleum Commission, to provide services in the category of Hospitality Services and Protocol and Logistics Services.

JOY Oilfield’s core business is the provision of hospitality, manpower, husbandry and supplies support services to the mining, oil and gas, power and other energy related businesses in West Africa.
