NANA BEMA ADENU-MENSAH,
Chief Executive Officer
Born in Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana, Nana Bema Adenu-Mensah holds an MBA degree awarded by the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (2012), BSc Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (1992), an LLB degree (Law degree) from Mount Crest University (2015), a Professional Law Qualification from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Accra and A Professional Law Program from Ghana School Of Law Makola.
Affable and astute business minded C. E. O has a total of 21years working experience in top management positions in the various institutions she helped establish and worked for.
Her rich experience in recent times providing services in Oil & Gas services related businesses would help push Joy Oilfields Services Ltd to make a significant impact in this industry.
ANTHONY ADENU-MENSAH
General Manager
Anthony Adenu-Mensah, holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Studies. He has held several managerial and administrative positions in various industries ranging from media, education and non-governmental organizations. With experience spanning 22 years, he has been at the forefront of managing the establishment of those institutions in which he has served. He has a wide international experience especially in dealing with multilateral donor agencies such as Project Lead for USAID projects, and this puts him in line to be able to help guide JOY to build successful relationships with its clients.
JOHN AMOA-BAIDEN
Operations
John Amoa-Baiden, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He has held several managerial and administrative positions in various Fish and Meat Processing organizations as well as Catering and Logistics support ventures. With experience spanning 15 years, he has been at the forefront of managing small and medium sized companies that saw significant growth and profitability.
He has undergone extensive training including HACCAPS, and has worked closely with the Food and Drugs Authority, Environmental Protection Agency, and advantageously with the Ghana Standards Authority in various capacities including Quality Control Manager, Operations Manager as well as Factory Administrator for a company that owned and operated fishing vessels. John has obtained EU License for processing and exporting fishing products to EU countries and Asia, and operating over 20,000 metric tons capacity cold storage facility in Ghana. His vast experience garnered from the diverse roles is a great asset that helps JOY to deliver superior services to its clients.
SAMUEL SOWAH ANANG
F&A
Samuel Sowah Anang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Option) from Valley View University. He has over 5 years’ experience in accounting, auditing and Taxation in the service, commerce, education and construction sectors. He has broad knowledge of financial practices, including financial statement preparation, credit control, budget handling, forecasting and a good communicator with a can-do approach to problem solving and resolution. He has over the years contributed his quota to the development of entities for which he has worked.
GEORGE ATO ESSIEN
Quality Health Safety and Environment
George Ato Essien is a seasoned caterer with 35 years of working experience in the catering industry spanning various sectors and across countries in Africa and Asia. In addition to having worked in the offshore oil exploration industry, he has also worked in various capacities with mining companies around Ghana. In the roles and capacities occupied, George worked hard to improve his knowledge in the catering as well as health and safety industry by undertaking various courses at both international and local level which positioned him to work as camp manager. George’s knowledge in the business of catering for offshore and mining clients is an invaluable asset to JOY particularly in enhancing quality of services delivered to our clients.
