The management and staff of Joy Oilfields Services Ltd believe that excellence with regards to quality services to our clients will surely raise the standard of our reputation, keep us in business, help us run incident free operations that will help keep us away from legal and all its other related issues. We believe also that having in place and working following good-quality–services-management-procedures will ensure that the company’s activities on site are carried out in a manner that will ensure we deliver very safe services to our clients at all times.
In pursuance of this, the management of Joy Oilfields Services Ltd has chosen HACCP SYSTEM as its Safety System to help ensure that our Staff at all levels are able to identify Food and Occupational Hazards, evaluate them and determined whether they could be termed as CPs or CCPs and inform their superior officers, so that appropriate control measures are applied, to either control said hazards or eliminate them.
Joy Oilfields Services Ltd will:
- Invest in time and resources as well as all that it takes to train and keep to continues training of our staff to help keep them in line with accepted operational standards.
- Listen to our clients on long term basis and will incorporate their changing demands into our operations and ensure we render only good and acceptable services.
- Maintain regular and close contact with our clients through good communication links such as the customer complaints form to help us know we are meeting our client’s demand.
- Work flilowing good standard operational procedures ( SOPs ) for our various job tasks starting from purchasing through storage, preparation, cooking, hot or clid hliing till food is eaten.
- Have good management plan and good monitoring gadgets in place to help us work safely, render only safe services, comply with all laid down regulations and keep out of legal issues.
- Have competency training programs in place for all our staff to ensure they are well equipped for our various job task
